CANCELLATION RIGHT

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days.

The period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, has taken possession of the goods;

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract and send it to the following address by post or email:

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before expiration of the withdrawal period.

There is no right of return in the case of distance contracts relating to the delivery of goods whose price is subject of fluctuations on the financial market, over which we have no influence and which may occur within the return period.

Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undisclosed and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract.
 
 For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you have used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances you will be charged any fees for this repayment.

The refund will only be made when we have received the goods back or if you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever happens the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract.

The return must be insured, and you bear the direct costs of returning the goods yourself. If the goods are manipulated/cleaned or not in the same condition as we sent them, we will not accept the return.
