Shipping and payment terms
Goods are shipped in accordance with the postal regulations of the respective countries and the requirements of the transport insurance. Shipping instructions from customers will gladly be followed, provided they do not conflict with postal and insurance regulations.
Austria
The goods will be sent by insured registered mail or parcel. Based on current postage rates, a minimum fee of €10 should be expected.
European Union
Germany : Goods must be sent by registered mail (insured) or parcel (there are no registered parcels to Germany). Based on current postage rates, we charge a minimum fee of €15.
Italy, Spain, Greece : For security reasons, the goods will be sent via registered mail. Minimum fee €15.
Other EU countries : Goods will be sent by insured registered mail. Minimum fee according to current postage rates : €15.
European third countries
Switzerland : The goods will be shipped via insured registered mail with declared value (enclosed with the invoice). Since gold coins can be imported into Switzerland tax-free, we package the gold coins separately with declared value.
Albania, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Norway, Russia, Serbia, Turkey, etc .:
The goods will be shipped via insured, unmarked registered mail. Customs duties and formalities in the customer's country are the customer's responsibility. The minimum fee, based on current postage rates, is €25.
Overseas
Goods are shipped via insured registered mail; in most cases, registered mail with declared value is not permitted; in some countries, insured parcels are possible. Shipping of larger amounts or bulky items will only be arranged after consultation with the customer. The minimum fee, based on current postage rates, is €25. Customs duties and formalities in the customer's country are the customer's responsibility.

Information on VAT-exempt investment gold
As a rule, all gold coins minted after 1800 that have been in circulation, fetch no more than 2.5 times the gold price, and have a fineness of more than 900/1000 are exempt from VAT.
