RADNITZKY.
Reverse: 6-line inscription: THE / 32 ASSEMBLY / GERMAN / NATURALISTS AND PHYSICIANS / THE CITY OF VIENNA / MDCCC-LVI, half-figure of Artemis of Ephesus, tendrils at the edge.
